Terms of Service

1. The service

SignetDesk ("the Service") is provided by AgencyTech Corporation ("we") to generate client follow-up drafts, surface compliance flags, and manage a review queue for licensed professionals in regulated fields (real estate, mortgage, insurance). The Service is currently in early access; features and terms may change.

2. Your license and responsibility

• You represent that you hold a valid license to conduct the relevant business in your jurisdiction (e.g. CA DRE, NMLS, insurance), or use the Service under the direct supervision of one who does.
• All content the Service generates is a draft. You must independently review, edit, and seal (approve) it before sending, and you bear full compliance and legal responsibility for the final outbound content.
• You will not use the Service to generate or send content that violates TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Reg Z, Fair Housing, state advertising rules, or any applicable law.

3. Not advice

The Service does not constitute legal, financial, tax, insurance, or investment advice and creates no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship. Compliance flags are an aid, not a guarantee of completeness; the licensed professional makes the final call.

4. Data & AI processing

Content containing personal information (PII such as SSN, credit, financial, address) is flagged sensitive and routed to a US-local model — data does not leave the country. Non-sensitive content may be processed by third-party low-cost models. See the Privacy Policy. Auto-classification is best-effort; avoid entering sensitive info where unnecessary.

5. Plans, billing & trial

• Free: a fixed number of drafts per day, free forever.
• 7-day Pro trial: reverts to Free at the end, no auto-charge; upgrade to continue Pro.
• Agent Partner: for partners who move their license to Golden Gate Realty (DRE), its NMLS brokerage, or insurance agency; subject to our review and confirmation. Discount/free eligibility follows your separate affiliation agreement and ends if the license relationship ends.

6. Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, quota abuse, bypassing limits, malicious content, or fraudulent/harassing marketing. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencyTech Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
