Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: email, name (licensed-pro title), hashed password, chosen plan, language preference.
• Your leads & drafts: client name, contact, the situation you enter, and the generated drafts and review records.
• Usage data: daily quota counts and audit logs (who did what to which draft, and when).

2. Data routing & AI (key)

• Each input is scanned for PII (SSN, credit/financial info, date of birth, detailed address, account numbers, etc.).
• Sensitive match → tagged US-LOCAL, processed only by a self-hosted model inside the US; data does not leave the country.
• No match → tagged COST-OPT, may be processed by a third-party low-cost model, used only to generate marketing copy with no client PII.
• Auto-classification is a best-effort safety net, not an absolute guarantee; do not enter sensitive info in non-essential fields.

3. How we use data

Only to: provide and improve the Service, generate and manage your drafts, enforce quota and billing, maintain audit compliance, and contact you if you apply for Agent Partner. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on servers we control inside the US. Passwords are salted-and-hashed, access tokens are signed, and keys/secrets are never shipped to the browser. Transport is encrypted over HTTPS.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and data at any time (including California residents' rights under CCPA/CPRA). Contact [email protected]; we respond within a reasonable time.

6. Third parties

The Service may call third-party LLM APIs to process non-sensitive content, plus payment/email infrastructure providers. We share only what is necessary to provide the Service and require confidentiality. Sensitive content passes through no third-party model.
